Best Self Social Club is brought to you by AI+You Studio. These terms apply when you visit the BSSC website, join the club edit, use member features, submit an event or podcast for review, or interact with BSSC content.

The club edit

BSSC curates public information about events, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and communities. Inclusion is an editorial decision, not an endorsement or promise of admission, selection, availability, pricing, safety, or results.

Unless BSSC clearly says otherwise, BSSC is not affiliated with, employed by, sponsored by, or officially representing any listed event, podcast, host, organizer, community, venue, ticketing platform, or social platform.

Verify before acting

Details can change after a listing is checked. Members should verify dates, prices, applications, contacts, and policies on the linked official source before buying, traveling, or pitching.

Your decisions

Members are responsible for their own purchases, travel, outreach, pitches, and participation. Transactions and communications with an organizer or host happen directly with that third party.

BSSC does not guarantee that a pitch will be read, accepted, answered, or converted into a speaking opportunity, podcast appearance, sale, partnership, friendship, client, invitation, or business result.

Accounts and access

BSSC may require an email signup, Instagram follow confirmation, and/or member sign-in before showing the full opportunity edit. Keep your account access private. BSSC may limit, suspend, or end access if the service is misused, attacked, scraped, resold, spammed, or used in a way that harms members, organizers, hosts, BSSC, or AI+You Studio.

Submissions

Members may suggest events or podcasts for BSSC review. By making a submission, you confirm you have the right to share the information, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that BSSC may review, edit, reject, store, and, if it fits the club standard, publish or reference the opportunity in BSSC.

A submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, review timing, payment, partnership, or inclusion in the opportunity directory.

Respectful use

Do not misuse public contact information, automate spam, scrape the directory for resale, impersonate BSSC, or submit false opportunity information.

Member directory and paid features

BSSC may later add paid access, promoted listings, sponsorships, affiliate links, premium member features, profiles, or a member directory. Additional terms, pricing, cancellation rules, privacy settings, or checkout terms may apply before those features are launched.

If a member directory launches, profile visibility should be treated as opt-in. Members may not scrape, export, resell, spam, or misuse directory information.

Sponsored placements

BSSC may eventually accept payment for sponsorships, promoted opportunities, or advertising. Paid relationships should be identified in a way that gives members useful context. Sponsored placement does not remove the member’s responsibility to evaluate the opportunity independently.

No professional advice

BSSC provides editorial information and organizational tools. It is not legal, financial, medical, travel, safety, tax, employment, or professional advice. Make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals when needed.

Changes and availability

BSSC may update listings, features, eligibility, access rules, pricing, these terms, or the site itself at any time. BSSC may also pause or remove content, submissions, accounts, or features when needed for quality, safety, security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BSSC and AI+You Studio are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses connected to third party events, podcasts, websites, ticketing platforms, organizers, hosts, travel, outreach, purchases, or member decisions.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.
